What’s New at Fractured Prune NJ This Summer
Shore season is almost here, and you might have some heated debates at dinner time this weekend over what everyone’s new favorite donut is going to be.
This year we’re bringing back a few fan favorite specials from past summers and adding them to the regular menu — plus some brand new creations and merch. If you’ve been coming to Fractured Prune NJ for a while, some of these might look familiar. If you’re new, you picked a good year to start.
Four New Donuts on the 2026 Menu
Cotton Candy — A classic boardwalk treat in donut form, one of our old limited time donuts is back for the whole season. Sweet Madagascar vanilla icing topped with cotton candy bits. It’s the donut that makes you know summer is here the moment you see it.
Nonna’s Cannoli Cream — We’ve heard your cries to bring back this fan favorite special for a few years now, and now its finally happening. Dark cocoa glaze with a silky, house-made cannoli cream filling dusted in confectioners’ sugar. A modern take on what was our most popular special back when we first opened 15 years ago!
Espresso Martini — Dark cocoa and coffee glaze with a house-made espresso cream center, topped with chocolate-coated coffee beans. The coffee lover’s donut has arrived!
Brown Butter Cinnamon — A perfect blend of cookie and butter, warmed up and made to order. Brown butter glaze, cinnamon cookie crumbles, and powdered sugar. That’s right, we made butter into a glaze, your taste buds will thank us later.
Like everything at Fractured Prune NJ, these are made to order. Our donuts come right out of the fryer, get dipped in glaze by one of our Donut Engineers, and land in your hands still warm.
New Merch
We’ve got a color-changing mug this year — pour hot coffee in and watch it transform. This magical mug is a nice way to bring a little bit of the magic of the shore back home with you. Choose one from each location, Ocean City, Sea Isle City, and Wildwood.
There’s also a new t-shirt design for 2026. If you’ve been collecting Fractured Prune shirts every summer, this one’s joining the lineup.
The Stuff That Hasn’t Changed
No shrinkflation here, our donuts are still larger than you expect. Still made with Saigon Cinnamon from Vietnam, Madagascar vanilla bean, real fruit glazes, and house-made fillings. Still hand-dipped right in front of you. We can’t wait to catch up with everyone and see how everyone’s winter season went and are excited to start the fryers up again!
Opening Dates
